A complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Sharjah International Airport. Guests requiring this service should contact the hotel upon confirmation of a reservation to make the request. Transfers to and from Dubai International Airport can also be arrange for a fee. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs AED 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 75.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
