Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after making your reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation e-mail. Complimentary transfers from and to Sharjah International Airport can be arranged with the hotel. Transfers from and to Dubai International Airport can be arranged with the hotel at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 10 years is charged AED 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged AED 75.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
