Intercontinental Shanghai Pudong offers the full range of dining options. You can find Chinese, Italian, Sushi, or a good Western burger at the five outlets located within the hotel. The 24-hour Level 1 features open kitchens and five different dining types, including grill, wok, sushi, deli and patisserie, Level 1. Sushiman specializes in Japanese sushi. The Oriental House serves authentic Chinese cuisine overlooking the bustling shopping area of Pudong. Red Chopsticks is known for its noodle dishes and “build your own” hot pots. I Bar is popular for its modern décor, live entertainment and inspired cocktails.

Rates on our website are quoted in USD. Upon checking out of the hotel, guests will be charged in CNY and the exchange rate from USD to CNY will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card, there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
