Travel information

By Air: Taxis are available at Pudong International Airport and take about 45 minutes to reach the hotel. Taxis are available at Hongqiao International Airport and take about 25 minutes to reach the hotel. The Garden bridge will be open to traffic from 10 April 2009.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
