Garden Court offers an all-day dining / open kitchen restaurant, serving buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, and à la carte menus throughout the day. Recently opened, it was designed by acclaimed French interior designer Jean-Philippe Heitz. Guan Yue Tai is a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views over Shanghai and a private dining room available. Super Bowl Deli serves an à la carte deli selection of meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, burgers and noodle dishes. Choose from a selection of cakes, pastries and breads. The lobby bar offers coffee, cakes, snacks and full bar service, with live music during happy hour and throughout the evening. Flamingo Shanghai Restaurant serves only the freshest seafood (caught daily). The authentic Shanghai dishes have earned praise from both local and international gourmets. Flamingo Japanese Restaurant features the freshest sushi and sashimi, plus teppanyaki and kaiseki. Private tatami rooms are available.

Shanghai railway station is 12 km from the hotel. By Plane: Hongqiao International Airport is 12 km from the hotel (20 minutes away by taxi). Pudong International Airport is 48 km from the hotel (50 minutes away by taxi). The hotel maintains a guest service counter at Pudong International Airport arrival halls. There is also a limousine service and complimentary regular shuttle bus to and from Hongqiao International Airport.
