Payment information: Full payment in cash must be made at check-in. A damage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment is payable at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition. The deposit can be paid in cash, or guests can leave Visa/Mastercard credit card details instead, which will only be charged in case of damage. Check-in information: Check-in is from 17:00 until 20:00. Guests wishing to check in outside these times must pay an additional surcharge. Please note that there is no reception. Guests must contact the apartments at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange their check-in time. In case of late arrival, guests must contact the apartments as agents will only wait for 20 minutes after the specified time.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Please note, if cancelled, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
