The property’s one- and 2-apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests. Each one features a modern fitted kitchen including ceramic hobs, a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. All cookware and crockery is also provided. The lounge-diner comes with a sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV and intercom access system. Towels and bed linen are provided.

This property does not accept American Express as a method of payment. Please note that all guests who anticipate arriving after 20:00 must notify the property directly prior to travel. They must then take the special transfer and/or check-in service, which incurs an extra surcharge, payable locally.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
