Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
