There is a final cleaning fee for the T2 Villa Apartments. Bed linen and towels are available to rent at a small fee.

Reception closes at 18:00 from September to June. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the room rate and must be paid at the reception at the time of check-in. Apartment and Villa T2: EUR 45. Duplex apartment and Villa T4: EUR 55.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  EUR 15.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per stay for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
