Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 16 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 6 per night per person for cots.  All children from 3 to 9 years are charged EUR 19 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
