Rooms

All rooms have been freshly renovated and lovingly furnished, and offer a friendly white bathroom. All the rooms were decorated by Tyrolean carpenters in light maple or a stylish dark oak, mostly with balcony and a view to the Seefelder Spitze or, on the south side, with exposure to the midday sun or with view to the centre of Seefeld.

Food & Beverages

As a bed and breakfast hotel we offer: - an extensive and varied breakfast buffet with plenty of vitamins - a weekly herbal breakfast with home-made specialities such as herbal bread, fresh farmer's cheese, elderberry syrup and various jams - a small snack menu in the evening with cold and small warm items - a non-smoking dining room. Within a few minutes’ walk, there are many restaurants offering Tyrolean cuisine, Italian specialities and much more. Once a week in summer, breakfast is followed by the botanical walk "Wayside Delicacies". Herbs collected along the way can be tasted afterwards as a wild herb salad.

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
