Food & Beverages

Enjoy your breakfast on our sunny terrace until 11:00 o'clock each morning, choosing from our generous breakfast buffet which fulfils all your wishes. In the evening your taste buds will be delighted by a choice of exquisite 5-course dinners which are light and carefully prepared from top quality products. Our service is as charming as it is perfect. A selection of quality Austrian and international wines will make your holiday gourmet experience complete.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 56.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
