Take time to enjoy a beneficial massage after a long day’s sport or hiking - our very own masseur will even come to your apartment if you wish.

Food & Beverages

In summer bread and bread rolls are available. In winter the restaurant "Schmankerl-Alm" is open all day long. Delicious cakes and snacks are served on the sun terrace. Breakfast is also available.

Please note that the cost of the final cleaning of the apartments is not included in the room price: 1-room apartment: EUR 38 in summer, EUR 39 in winter 2-room apartment: EUR 45 in summer, EUR 49 in winter 3-room apartment: EUR 52 in summer, EUR 59 in winter Please note that the free admission to the Seefeld Olympic indoor swimming pool is only available from Monday to Friday. Please inform Appartementanlage Kerber if you arrive after 20:00.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 90 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All further children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
