Hotel Princess Bergfrieden has 9 luxury suites that can house 2 to 4 people each, depending on their size. The suites have been equipped with every imaginable facility, such as an Internet connection and flat screen cable TVs, a cosy dining area and bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet. All suites also have a kitchenette.

In the cosy parlour, every morning you will enjoy a delicious, extensive breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, delicious rolls, eggs “à la carte”, various cereals and lots more for a good start to the day. A Table Chef BBQ evening can be organised on request, starting from 4 people.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

35 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 5 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children from 12 to 17 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
