The breakfast buffet is available from 07:30 until 10:30. From 12:00, you are welcome to try the Restaurant Bethanien's excellent seafood dishes.

Please note that reception is open between 07:30 and 21:00. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please inform the hotel in advance.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
