Travel information

In Anklam, follow the signs for Insel Usedom (island of Usedom). Continue along the B110 until you reach the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck. In Ahlbeck, turn left at the level crossing, and follow the B111. Directly behind the PLUS supermarket, turn to your right into Saarstraße. Turn left into the 3rd side street, the Goethestraße. The hotel is situated on the right-hand side of the street, immediately after the next small junction.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 4 to 14 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
