Services such as bread delivery, very much appreciated, daily newspapers and parking in the underground garage of the Ostseeresidenz Seeschloss, which is directly opposite, are all available for an additional fee. Facilities here include a swimming pool, valued throughout, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. Golf enthusiasts benefit from a 30% discount off the green fee at the nearby Balmer See golf course. The La Posada restaurant of the Ostseeresidenz serves delicious Mexican specialities and a tasty breakfast buffet.

Check-in takes place at the Ostseeresidenz Seeschloss (Strandpromenade 33, Bansin), directly opposite the Seetel Residenz Sommerfreude. Please note that an additional surcharge of EUR 40 is applied for final cleaning. From 01 January 2010, final cleaning is free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 40.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
