If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  Up to two older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
