The on-site Coldwater Bar & Grill features unique Northwest-style cuisine, created from only the freshest ingredients. Fifth Avenue Corner Cafe, also on-site offers a variety of light meals and snacks.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8.6 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  7 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
