Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16.3 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 15.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
