Most of the rooms are located on the quiet courtyard side of the building. The rooms facing the street have soundproofed windows. In addition to the listed facilities, guests can look forward to welcome extras such as cosy terry cloth slippers, a bath robe, cosmetic mirrors and one complimentary bottle of mineral water per person.

Hotel details

The Hotel Adler Post dates back to the year 1725, when it opened as a restaurant. The Adler Post first became a hotel in 1870 and has provided rooms until this day. The same family have been in charge of the establishment for the past 165 years. The hotel’s spa facilities include a sauna and a steam room. The Hotel Adler Post offers 2 rooms for business functions and seminars. The Kurpfalzstube room is located in the hotel and can accommodate up to 30 people. The Palais Hirsch room is located 100 metres away from the hotel and can accommodate up to 100 people.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant serves fine regional, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine which reflects the 4 seasons. In the summer months, you can enjoy your food under the chestnut trees on the terrace, which features colourful flower blossoms. Twice a year, the Culina & Vinaria wine tasting takes place at the hotel.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
