Hotel Gasthof Alte PostOur hotel has been extensively refurbished and offers bright, very much appreciated, comfortable and friendly rooms. Our traditional hotel has been in the hands of the same family for 120 years, valued throughout, and lies in a tranquil, rural setting on the main road to Munich Airport. A key popular feature is our beer garden, highly regarded, which is ringed by old chestnut trees and seats up to 100 guests in the luxurious shade. We have 2 main function rooms which each seat up to 30 guests for every kind of private celebration and work function.

Allow yourself time to linger in our comfortable inn and enjoy what delicious food we have on offer from our kitchen and refreshing drinks from our cellar. Warm summer days can be enjoyed in our beer garden. Our in-house restaurant also offers lots of meat products in true Bavarian style, and you can enjoy a real pick-me-up snack to reinvigorate you.

Please note that our reception is only staffed until 22:00.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
