Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All further older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
