The single and double rooms are comfortably furnished, spacious and most feature a balcony. Families are warmly welcomed here. There is space for camp beds in almost all the double rooms, so that parents and children can sleep together.

This hotel has comfortable lounge areas with a TV, radio, a small library as well as a selection of games for all ages. A large garden with a sunbathing lawn, table tennis and a shady seating area invite you to relax and unwind in the summer months. Those with self-catering accommodation can use our large fridge for groceries and drinks.

Food & Beverages

In the mornings you can expect a sumptuous Berchtesgaden breakfast buffet. Health-conscious guests will look forward to our selection of vitamin drinks, herbal teas, cereals and organic produce. On Sundays we serve a luxury breakfast.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 55 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
