Take the opportunity to visit the beautiful spa gardens or simply wander around the surrounding Black Forest with its ancient trees and seasonally changing plants. The nearby Kurhaus offers a wide choice of cultural and entertainment programmes such as concerts, balls and art exhibitions. If you are visiting during the winter months there are numerous activities to take part in. These include cross-country skiing, ice skating in Bad Liebenzell, evening skiing down the floodlit ski slope or tobogganing on the 485-metre long natural toboggan run.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 14 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
