Area information

The Sauerland-Höhenflug loop trail begins right outside the hotel. Many further hiking trails help you discover the surrounding meadows, forests and marshland. Routes are available to suit all levels, from easy to challenging. You are just a 15-minute drive from the Bike Arena Sauerland, and will also find many well-marked routes for mountain bikes nearby. Winter sports fans will find plenty of facilities in the surrounding area, including toboggan runs, ski slopes and ice skating rinks. Cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Kassel, Bonn and Koblenz are just over an hour’s drive from the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 14.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 6 years is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 14 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
