Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 10 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 10 to 15 years is charged EUR 18.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
