Guests are welcome to use the indoor spa pool with its massage jets, sitting and standing jacuzzis, and counter current system. There is also a Black Forest steam room at temperatures of 90°C, offering views of the garden, a plunge pool and a 47°C. herbal steam room. You can also book one of a range of massages.

Food & Beverages

At a surcharge, vouchers for the Kurhaus restaurant are available at the reception. Set in the hotel’s immediate vicinity, the restaurant serves tasty regional and international specialities. Take in the views of the Schluchsee lake as you enjoy your food.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
