Please note that in order to stay at our hotel, you must have a valid flight ticket for travel the next day and a valid ID. Please note that check in is possible from 20:00. The hotel is located in the transit area of Lounge 3. To reach the hotel from outside the airport, please proceed to Terminal 3 and pass customs in between check-in desks 22 and 23. This entry isclosed at 21:30.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR per room will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 9.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
