There is an illuminated cross-country ski run next to Hotel Kaiser in Tirol. The slope right next to Hotel Kaiser in Tirol leads to the valley station of the ski lift taking you into the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area. In summer the hotel offers an all-inclusive arrangement, very much appreciated, with a programme of activities for children and adults. The Kaiser Spa and the indoor pool can be used free of charge. You can also find a volleyball court, highly regarded, a football pitch, a climbing area and much more. There is a natural swimming pond in the big garden.

Included in the price in winter (half-board): - 07:30 to 10:00: breakfast - 16:00 to 17:00: coffee, tea and cakes, as well as afternoon snacks for skiers - 18:00 to 20:30: daily changing gourmet buffet, with drinks included (beer, wine and various non-alcoholic drinks) Included in the price in summer (all inclusive): - 07:30 to 10:00: rich breakfast buffet with fresh products from local farms - 12:30 to 14:00: snacks from the buffet - 15:30 to 16:30: coffee and cakes - 18:00 to 20:00: daily gourmet buffet - 10:00 to 22:00: non-alcoholic drinks - with the meals and from 19:30 to 22:00 (at the bar): beer and table wine

Please contact the hotel if you arrive later than 20:00. Children under 15 years of age are not allowed in the spa area outside of the posted family hours. Pets are not allowed in the dining room, the children's playroom, the spa area or the garden.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 12 to 14 years are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 15 to 17 years are charged EUR 51.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
