Both feature non-smoking restaurants, and above all, elevators and tea kitchens with microwave, which is open 24 hours a day, . Guests enjoy free use of the Kaiserjet bus, which is to the neighbouring villages, and the lake bus to Lake Hinterstein.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
