Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 19 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
