Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  3 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 19 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
