Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 8.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 8.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 1.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All further children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
