The lovingly equipped rooms are furnished with traditional Tyrolean stone pine wood. The 250 m² spa and fitness centre features a Jacuzzi, and above all, a sauna, a Turkish steam bath, exercise machines, a ping pong table, a solarium and aromatic baths in the massage tub, which is at a charge, . Hotel Ritzlerhof also features a house bar, very much appreciated, romantic Tyrolean lounges, a reading room, garden terraces and a children’s playground. Renovation works take place between 04 October and 19 December 2009, affecting the reception, the restaurant and several rooms. A new lift will also be installed.

Area information

Lake Piburg, Tyrol’s warmest swimming lake (up to 25°C), is only about a 15-minute walk from the hotel and is ideal for swimming, diving, boating and fishing (nature reserve). Behind the hotel there is a climbing rock with 5 simple and tested routes that are ideal for beginners and families. There is also another big climbing trail in Sautens.

Travel information

The hotel offers a shuttle service (on request and at an additional cost) from Innsbruck Airport and the Ötztal-Bahnhof train and bus stations.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
