In the Cote Jardin or Jaraguá restaurants, you can enjoy international specialties, desserts and coffee from 06:00 until 00:00.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs BRL 18.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  BRL 1.20 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs BRL 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
