Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs BRL 35.00 per 24 hours.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  BRL 6.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
