The Green Place Flat invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast and service à la carte at Lilló, an elegant and modern restaurant integrated to the garden. Il Barista Specialty Coffees is the name of the hotel’s bar, where you can savor a variety of coffees and drinks, as well as quick meals, salads and snacks. Make sure you also try the Freddo Limone (cappuccino with ice cream and lemon scrapings) and the Cioccolato (chocolate with brandy, whipped cream and chocolate scrapings).

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs BRL 5.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is not included.  Service charge is included.  BRL 1.20 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
