Acording to the Brazilian law, children and teenagers under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or tutors or in possession of a certified authorization from them.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs BRL 7.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs BRL 5.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
