Food & Beverages

The Veríssimo Restaurant serves breakfast from 6:30 until 10:00 during the week and until 11:00 on weekends and holidays. From Monday to Saturday, the restaurant is also open between 12:00 and 15:00 for lunch and from 19:00 until 23:00 for dinner. Room service is provided from 06:00 until 00:00.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs BRL 12.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
