The luxurious suites have a total area of 32 square meters and are equipped with one queen-size bed or twin beds, air conditioning, cable TV, work desk and a complete bathroom, among other amenities. In exclusive executive floors, the hotel offers master suites with 44 square meters including a small foyer and an office. These suites are fitted with queen-size beds.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
