The Sofitel Nicolas De Ovando offers guests one restaurant and 2 bars in which they can dine. La Residence features a variety of international specialties infused with French style. Guests can enjoy fine-dining in an elegant atmosphere. Open daily from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 11:30 PM The Cibao Bar is an old-world style cigar bar, offering a number of different cocktails and cigars. Guests can also enjoy light snacks as well as musical entertainment. Open daily from 4:00 PM until 1:00 AM The Lobby Bar serves an array of light dishes and a vast menu of cocktails, prepared with local fresh produce. The bar also features musical entertainment. Open from 9:00 PM until 12:00 AM

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

26 % Tax is not included.  5 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
