The resort offers a variety of restaurants with buffet and a la carte menus. Please note that a la carte restaurants require reservations. Visit one of Oasis Hamaca's 4 bars for an exotic cocktail.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further children from 4 to 12 years are charged USD 40.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
