Hotel details

All rates include taxes and service charges. If you are a Chilean National or resident, there will be a Sales Tax of 19% (IVA - Impuesto Valor Agregado) charge to the rate. Proof of foreign residency must be shown at check in. Otherwise, tax will apply.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
