The restaurant Serragolf offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy the creative modern cooking allied to some of the most traditional Madeira dishes. It represents a fusion between the most modern and the typical Madeira gastronomy. In our main restaurant, breakfast is served every day between 08:00 and 09:30 and dinner between 19:00 and 21:30.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One further child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
