Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
