Hotel details

The hotel’s free airport shuttle service operates daily between 06:00 and 00:00. Combine work with relaxation at the Frontair Congress. On site you will find both spa and a conference centre, with over 1,500 m² of well-equipped function rooms that are adaptable to your needs. Natural is a spa zone covering 1,200 m², featuring swimming pools, saunas, cabins and a fitness centre.

Food & Beverages

There is a restaurant which can hold more than 300 people, located on the first floor of the hotel, with plenty of daylight and views of the garden terrace.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 13.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
