Travel information

Nice airport is 70 km from the hotel and Genoa airport is 130 km away. By Car: - Take the Autostrada dei Fiori A10 motorway and exit at Sanremo. - Then follow the signs for San Martino, Corso Cavallotti and Villa Nobel. By Train: Sanremo train station is 600 metres from the hotel. Outside the station, cross the road to the bus stop and head for La Brezza.

Area information

The hotel is situated in Sanremo, close to the main road but in a very quiet position because it is surrounded by a large private garden. In front of the garden you can see Villa Nobel, once the residence of Alfred Nobel and now a museum which hosts different exhibitions all year round. The hotel is easily reachable from the train station and the bus stop. There are many supermarkets and other different shops in the vicinity. Down by the sea a very long promenade leads directly to the city centre.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
