Hotel details

A washing machine and an iron/ironing board are available at an additional cost. Internet and fax are available free of charge in the business centre. Towels, bathing towels and dish towels are not provided. All apartments are non-smoking.

The final cleaning charge is not include in the room price: Edelweiss, Marguerite: EUR 35. Anemone: EUR 45. The entire sum of the booking has to be paid on arrival.

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
