Rooms

The comfortably furnished rooms were renovated in the autumn of 2006. They cater to smokers and non-smokers. Some of the rooms feature a balcony. Well-trained dogs are welcome.

Mountain bike fans and motorbike enthusiasts will appreciate the hotel’s ample parking facilities, garage and drying room. Motorbike periodicals are also available for consultation. After tackling the scenic trails and routes, you can look forward to the hotel's spacious terrace and a cool beer.

Food & Beverages

The Balkan-Grill restaurant serves delicious Yugoslav cuisine and selected German delights. In summer, you can dine on the large outdoor terrace and admire the views of the Upper Harz countryside. Special menus and buffets can be prepared for private celebrations and events.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 9.50 per person.  Full board costs EUR 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 0 to 14 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
